the code for this feature is done and committed in bzr revision 5946, I as well pushed some "basic improvements", but any help to *really* improve those graphics is more than welcome :).

The graphics for each world can now be found in <widelands dir>/worlds/<world name>/pics/roadt_<busy|normal>.png
