Comment 4 for bug 536409

I do not know whether the "selections" mentioned some years ago are still planned to be implemented.
But I think it is quite easy to ask the map designer what should be the start terrain of a map when a new one is created (in the same dialog where he is asked for the map size). Now we only have one world, this is even more important: When I want to create a winter map, I have to change the whole terrain to something niveous first.
