In the situation when our soldier is in the enemy territory without a mission and an enemy soldier is marching towards him, he should not waste the time by just waiting, but retreat. He might have enough time to move into the range of our archers (not implemented yet). That would give us an advantage. Then the enemy would probably stop the pursuit and go back home.
