Bug Description

When I download a windows setup package created by appveyor and start the setup, no admin rights get asked for and the setup fails when trying to copy the files.
When I right-click and select "run as administrator" everything works fine.

Ah, ok. I've missed to commit a change i did quite some time ago to my local ISS script.

Please try build 8128 and install to c:\bin\Widelands. This is now the default suggested by the installer.
(On your system it still might suggest C:\Program Files\Widelands because Widelands has been installed before).

This way you should neither need elevated rights to install nor to run widelands.
