I stopped the forresters and wait until the lumberjack fellt all trees and productivity is 0%. Then started the foresters again. Even if the Lumberjack productivity is again at 100% the tooltip shows then "Out of trees". So i guess the tooltip isn't reset when the productivity is once below 66%.
