Without a replay or a way to reproduce, I can´t investigate further. In the savegame, there already are two fleets where only one should exist; there´s no telling now when and why and how exactly the additional one was created. I suspect it´s an issue with the pathfinder; the new log output shows details of all its relevant steps.
If you can reproduce the bug again, please include all the log lines prefixed with "NOCOM"; and if you play widelands with --verbose, any lines containing "ferry_fleet", "ferry" or "waterway" might also be useful.
