There is a malfunction in the port window:
When you start an expedition an additional tab is displayed.
In case of canceling the expedition, the tab is anyway shown.
When clicking on this tab the window gets very small
When canceling an expedition the button to start an expedition has state of canceling expedition (red cross) and gets never to normal state (Start expedition). The only thing one could do is to close the window and reopen it again to have the "start expedition" button normal again.
Attached screenshot shows what happens (right is the window after "cancel expedition") If the window has this state and is moved to the bottom screen the vertical stripes appear.
I believe the window should show the wares leaving the expedition (instead shrinking the size) an the button to start an expedition should get to normal state (Start expedition) when all wares are unloaded.
