I can reproduce this on Ubuntu:

 Reading Player Message Data ... took 6ms
 Reading Objective Data ... took 0ms
 Reading Scripting Data ... took 5ms
 WidelandsMapLoader::load_map_complete() took 369ms
Game: read_complete took: 369ms
Game: Reading Player Economies Info ... took 0ms
Game: Reading Command Queue Data ... took 3ms
Game: Parsing messages ... took 1ms
Game: Reading Interactive Player Data ... took 0ms
GameLoader::load() took 898ms
Done reloading the game from replay
Replay writer has started
[sync] Reset
ComputerPlayer(2): initializing (2)
widelands: /home/bratzbert/sources/widelands/trunk/src/ui_basic/table.h:203: void* UI::Table<void*>::operator[](uint32_t) const: Assertion `i < m_entry_records.size()' failed.

this is AI problem, and in fact it is fixed in militarysites_tweaks branch - not merged yet
