Comment 3 for bug 1266020

Build 6822 contains the fix to allow the large address space and my changes to the cmake build files to no longer include signals : https://code.launchpad.net/~widelands-dev/widelands/remove_signals

I've updated my build environment to gcc 4.8.1 and rebuild most of the libraries. Perhaps i've included the wrong dlls in the installer or there is some mixup in the dependencies of prebuild libs and self-build ones.

I'll re-check and put up a new build tomorrow.
