Comment 15 for bug 1234725

Hm... i think it works not correct. Most places which restrict the port space are not covered with the blue icons. A test with map "Crossing the Horizon" shows no blue houses in the build help. See screenshot. Also your testmap
 didn't show blue buildings in the buildhelp on all places which restrict the portspace.
