To fix this bug properly, just run the following command (ArchLinux package) :

sed -ir "s|--noipv4ll|-w 4 -C wpa --noipv4ll|" /usr/lib/wicd/wnettools.py /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/wicd/wnettools.py
