Below Hebrew translations of two Wicd desktop files.

wicd.desktop
Comment=Start the Wicd client without system tray icon
Comment[he]=הפעלת לקוח Wicd בלי סמל מגש מערכת

wicd-tray.desktop
Comment=Display network connection status in the system tray
Comment[he]=הצגת מצב חיבור רשת במגש מערכת

"Comment[en_US]=" is redundant.
