Several strings are not translated

Binary package hint: indicator-weather

My system is installed in French and the indicator-weather is translated properly except for 1 configuration field:

"Show temperature near indicator". It should be something like "Afficher la température près de l'indicateur" or I would only write "Afficher la température".

@immortel: Please, update the translations on Lanchpad per your proposal, if the bug stays inactive for about a week. Then please change the status to 'Fix Committed'

I confirm. I've updated today and some translations are still missing (@see Question #156845).

cob, the translations are being merged in the package before each release.
Could you please check, that the strings are not translated in the version from PPA (ppa:weather-indicator-team/ppa, latest should be 11.05.01)

Oups, dont know what I did.

I tried to install indicator-weather_11.02.13.tar.gz
Now, impossible to launch it :

 indicator-weather

So, I remove it by : sudo apt-get

... So, I remove it by : sudo apt-get remove indicator-weather
Then re-install by : sudo apt-get install indicator-weather
with no effect, still the same error :(

Please, what I'm suppose to do ?

First, don't forget to add the ppa:
 sudo add-apt-repository ppa:weather-indicator-team/ppa
 sudo apt-get update
 sudo apt-get install indicator-weather

I quit the application, I've done the step you gave:
 sudo add-apt-repository ppa:weather-indicator-team/ppa
 sudo apt-get update
 sudo apt-get install indicator-weather

restarted indicator-weather.

and the field still says "Show temperature near indicator" all the other fields are in French.

OK, then this will be fixed in the next version from this PPA (just wanted to check, wheter the bug is active)

When I check the translation (fr) I didn't find the related strings in english (msgid). This bug is also present in other language ?

Yes, the following strings are left untranslated:
 - Show temperature near indicator
 - Refresh (%s min. ago)
 - About
 - Wind units (m/s, knots, etc.)

This bug affects also Italian language on natty, version 11.05.31

Same here for Dutch, the strings "Temperature" and "Forecast" are not translated.

Using version 11.11.28-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu Precise amd64.
