Comment 34 for bug 776586

It's don't work for me.
I replaced every hl = self.locale or hl = local_name by hl ='en'

Example : self.forecast = pywapi.get_weather_from_google (location_name, hl = 'en')

Error is the same : Unknow error occured while picking up weather data
