Unfortunately, applets cannot be rearranged in the panel easily, see http://askubuntu.com/questions/7043/how-do-i-control-the-position-of-an-indicator-created-with-appindicator-indicator.

There is a possibility to place it nearby the datetime indicator, but I guess, this one needs a discussion - I'd prefer having my weather data on the left of the time
