Your forward came as an "attachment", i.e., it had content-disposition
marked as "attachment" and a filename associated with it. That is why
you can't view it on the web in gmail. See the attachment below as I
received it (using D to view the raw form).
If you normally use 'Z', the content-disposition will be
"unspecified". Do you know how you got the attachment disposition?
If you click the right mouse button (or the Mac equivalent of it) on
the attachment button, you will get a menu where you can change the
content disposition. Please try it and see.
