I guess it depends on how you interpret the mime types. The content is just
'text' and it could be argued that using text/calendar means that clients
can, if they want, include a formatter for that mime type that could improve
the content presentation or they can just display 'as is'. In general,
application/* types are more likely to have binary or non-printable content
and would need some additional processing to display.
