Comment 26 for bug 605799

Have pushed up changes to add emacs and undo menus. Have defined them so that they are buttons under tookits that support them an menus when top-level buttons are not supported. Have tried to make it modular, but this is not easy due to the way most of the menus are defined using easymenu.el. Looks like this is probably why the menu 'buttons' were removed in the first place. Adding the additional complexity of working one way under some toolkits and another under others really requires a re-working of this code. Have not done anything with the xemacs menus.
