Comment 13 for bug 1569237

This is slowing down 16.04 adoption due to breaking changes from 14.04 such as the default username and generally missing a lot of other standard settings that vagrant expects to find in the base box.

Can confirm that this affects ubuntu/xenial64 20160610.0.0
