Comment 4 for bug 1100176

This is affecting an increasing number of jobs for both indicators and bootspeed. I'm changing the bootspeed jobs to take advantage of the logging improvements we've deployed to the smoke testing jobs, and looking into updating the indicators jobs as well. I can take a look at existing cobbler command logging in the debug log as well.
