Comment 2 for bug 383120

I have the same issue, also with uspash 0.5.31. This is on a fresh install of 9.04 AMD64. The only thing I changed about boot is using "splash" instead of "quiet splash".

However, sometimes uspash works for me and sometimes it doesn't. When it works, everything's fine. When it doesn't, the virtual terminals on F1-F4 also don't work as the original report mentioned.

I've attached dmesg.log from a boot when usplash failed.
