Comment 90 for bug 969489

I've not seen this bug on my SSD based vaio in a long time. Originally I fixed it with the 'and stopped udevtrigger' workaround, but that has been gone for awhile. I assume this is because I'm not running the nvidia drivers any more. (Long ago it had been posited that the problem was that the nvidia drivers were lying about their readiness at some point?)

Perhaps it would be worth re-trying the nvidia drivers to see if I can reproduce again. (I didn't drop them because of this issue, but because the right version wasn't being installed for my kernel)
