Please find the files attached. What you see there is that I tried two
things:

1. I tried to manually set upstart from half-configured to installed
manually by editing the status file to avoid any trouble when new
updates roll in. This didn't work and I reverted it.

2. I tried to downgrade to the last working version and this froze as well
