Bug Description
Before upgrading from Edgy to Feisty I have made a check with the update-manager and applied all the updates listed.
One update was the update-manager itself from version 0.45.2 to version 0.45.3.
The problem is that now the button to upgrade to Feisty is no more present.
I have forced the new distro check with the command
gksu "update-manager -c"
but always no upgrade button.
So I have downgraded the package update-manager to the previous 0.45.2 version and now the upgrade button is again displayed.
I think this is a bug in the last 0.45.3 version.

I had the same problem but with some additional info, the first time a run "update-manager -c" from the shell the upgrade button was there, I click on it and everything was perfect, but I didn't wan't to keep the shell open and decided to run the upgrade trough F2.
I closed the update-manager, and re-run it with F2, since then there is no button.
I'm gonna downgrade it to 45.2 so I can Upgrade Ubuntu, but the bug still there, cheers!!
