Are the Universal Screenlets still being actively developed?

I only read discussions about Gnome on the Esylum/UA website (http://theesylum.com). I still experience a lot of weird behaviour w/ the Screenlets. White squares instead of screenlets when you start one twice. I still cannot edit the settings of a screenlet (I cannot click on the settings icon that appears above a screenlet). They stop when I click on certain icons in the screenlets-manager, etc. etc. For me, the screenlets are almost unusable. They simply behave too unpredictable at this moment...
