Bug Description
We do not need to send the signal to the shell. Should just turn the screen off if a call is in progress.

When on a call, if the screen timesout (activity timeout in powerd, for now), pressing the power button to turn it back on brings the welcome screen up. Moving to unity8 per discussion with Saviq.
