Comment 6 for bug 964580

As described in bug 676453, the Launcher icon is supposed to fill up as the installation completes. This would make clear that the app is not launchable yet.

Even if it didn't, launching Ubuntu Software Center to its screen for the app would not be useful in this case. There's nothing useful to do there in this situation.
