Not sure its a duplicate.

29894 is about making screen shots using the shortcut key. Because of the low importance of making a screenshot compared to the normal day workflow with ubuntu its already marked wishlist.

Also if that bug is fixed with somekind of workaround, this bug wil be forgotten.

This bug is about ALL shortcuts, wich hits more use cases in ubuntu. No shortcut is working while a menu is opened.
