Bug Description
I've set my panel opacity to 0 because the UI looks more nice when the panel is fully transparent. In oneiric this is no problem, but in precise the menu entries/window title/window controls sometimes don't disappear , they only turn black (I attached a screenshot). After a few seconds (I stopped 36s) they do, but I think there's something wrong.

Can you check if Unity 5.6 from the main repositories fixes the issue? Just running an apt-get dist-upgrade should do it.
