Bug Description
The window buttons indicator violates Fitts's law (http://
This causes massive user discomfort and a decrease in productivity due to increased time consumption by aiming the buttons with the mouse cursor. For example the user needs to follow the mouse cursor with their eyes in order to be able to hit the close button, which is a waste of precious time. In operating systems such as MS Windows one can click the X button even with their eyes closed by sliding the mouse into the screen corner. In Unity this is impossible due to the Fitts's law violation, because the buttons are not clickable at the 1-pixel wide upper and left edges.
The solution is simple. Remove the unclickable edges and make it clickable everywhere.
