The default position of the arrows in Firefox are so close to the left that the Unity launcher bar constantly appears and covers the back button if you are not very careful, and this happens so often that it is very annoying. Also it is quite difficult to choose 'customise' on the Firefox navigation bar and put a space or two before the arrows as the launcher appears and prevents you from doing this (and attempting to do so can cause a crash too). Seems slightly better in 11.10, as launcher bar appears after a short delay, but still happens.
