To reproduce:

1) Try to drag to the right (not to the bottom) the bfb launcher icon
2) Move your mouse down

What happens:
* The launcher icon below bfb is dragged

What should happen:
* Nothing

Note that you can reproduce this bug with any other fixed launcher icon (e.g. workspace switcher one) moving the mouse down or over.

You can reproduce this bug using the "dragging keep mouse pressing" interaction too.
