Non-maximized windows which sit on the border of a workspace move when called from another workspace.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to your BOTTOM RIGHT workspace

2. Open a window (i.e. Terminal/Nautilus)

3. Drag the window onto the RIGHT so it expands to fill the RIGHT side of the workspace flush with the edges

4. Go to your TOP RIGHT workspace

5. Click on the window icon in the launcher

6. The window you created in #2 will be moved 'down' so the bottom strip of it will appear in the top right of your current workspace

7. Go to your BOTTOM RIGHT workspace and you will see it's now sitting off the bottom of the workspace.

This bug makes it impossible to use the snap-to-sides feature as the windows move any time you use the launcher.

Note: I tried to report this via 'ubuntu-bug unity', but it complained that 'unity' wasn't an official package... What other debugging information can I provide?
