Hey, Alan Bell created a script to add a list of running windows to the application's launcher quicklist and set up a ppa: http://www.theopensourcerer.com/2012/03/16/unity-window-quicklists/

If his script was implemented in Unity, we could get straight to the window we want just by holding and releasing one right-click.
