Top panel icons doesn't respond

Only the clock and the icons to the very right work, to open others (like the screen configuration or bluetooth configuration) I have to first select clock or me menu in order to be able to view context menu of the other icons.

Could you please use 'ubuntu-bug unity' command to report unity bugs in future(if using ubuntu). Regarding the bug report. do you have any apps running in the systray?, have to whitelisted the systray to show all apps that can use systray?

There should be more information about "ubuntu-bug unity" because how could I have known about it?
I reported another bug using this method - debug information attached there should be for all my bugs (can you do that somehow? or leave info about it somewhere?)
