When the dash is opened and we hover an icon in the launcher, we would expect the labels to show over the dashboard.
Instead, they appear behind the dash making them nearly invisible.

Steps to reproduce:
- Open the dash
- Put mouse over an icon from the dash so that the label appears on the dash
-> the label appears behind the dashboard
