When in the App Lens, the user should be able to drag and drop application icons to the Launcher.
- If the application is already installed, dragging and dropping the app onto the Launcher should add the icon to the Launcher with the 'Keep in Launcher' option selected.
- If the application is not already installed, dragging and dropping the app onto the Launcher should first of all add the application icon to the launcher in a grayed out state (see bug #676453), and then install the application. As the application is installed, the app icon should fill with colour. When installation is complete, the icon should be in its normal state fully filled with colour.
