Comment 3 for bug 1166132

It has been suggested that this is not a Unity problem; it is a problem specifically with either qmlscene or with Ubuntu SDK apps in qmlscene. I do not know how to verify this. Of course, even if an app demands to be moved to 0,0, I am not sure that Unity should allow it to put its title bar *below* the Unity menu bar.
