unity global menu doesn't show some keyborad shortcuts

Bug Description

I am running textadept (http://foicica.com/textadept/) on Ubuntu 12.04 X86_64, and find that "Ctrl+Tab" and "Shift+Ctrl+Tab" shortcuts are not shown on Unity global nemu.

If I disbale the global menu, these shortcuts does show up.

Same problem also found in

Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

It seems the problem is related with tab key. If not using tab key, then everything is fine.

Looks like this was a problem with Inkscape, fixed upstream in bug #998276.
