Bug Description

Unity 6.6
Kernel - Linux mary 3.5.0-16-generic #24-Ubuntu SMP Fri Sep 28 00:11:13 UTC 2012 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux
Ubuntu 12.10 Beta2

When trying to assign the "Menu" button (The one left of the RIGHT CTRL button and right of the RIGHT ALT button) to the Terminal shortcut, the button does not open the Terminal. Not only that but 2 options for the terminal appear. If I select one, a popup appears saying that the key is already in used by the other terminal option. If I select to reassign it , it still does not work for any of the 2. Here is an image of it:

Other shortcuts work (At least the ones I have tested) except for the terminal one. I always assign it to the Menu button for ease of use.
