Bug Description

Right now, unity-system-compositor disable hw pointer in Mir through:
unity-compositor-command=unity-system-compositor --enable-input=false

This was to workaround an issue with some ati cards that we encountered: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mir/+bug/1203070

Prerequisite fix: bug 1206780

Robert,

Because the software cursor is laggy (bug 1216468) which is bad for UX. Also, for power management (so moving the cursor doesn't generate damage and hence redraws).
