Just to note the reason that unity-scope-yelp was used in the first place because the help viewer it uses is called Yelp. The scope was originally part of the Help lens, called unity-lens-help and having unity-lens-help and unity-scope-help available seemed a little confusing. I've no objection to renaming it to unity-scope-help now, though.

Also, there actually is code for a yelp.com scope: https://launchpad.net/unity-scope-yelpplaces :-)
