Bug Description
This means that (push) notifications for an application aren't presented if that application was in the foreground when the screen is locked or turned off, which is bad -- that's very often when you most want them presented.
With ubuntu-push-client 0.49 or greater (if you install it by hand make sure you restart the user-session job "ubuntu-
gdbus call -e -d com.ubuntu.Postal -o /com/ubuntu/
