Bug Description
I have set up a fresh install of Precise 20120406 with unity-2d:
After login I have activeted launcher autohide and increased the sensitivity a bit. Sadly the launcher does not hide without re-login and windows are placed below it.

After re-login, the launcher hides, but if I have opened an application with two or more windows and click on the launcher icon to see the overview and select a window, the launcher then stays in front, again unitl next re-login.
