[launcher] In non-composite mode, background is black

When running the Launcher without a window compositor, the launcher background is black.
There are actually two bugs in the code:
1) Loading of the background fails: when the BlendedImageProvider is asked to load an image with an URI containing a protocol (e.g., "file:"), it fails.
2) The GnomeBackground item's x and y coordinates are computed wrongly, and the background is not placed in the correct position.

By the way, I can't say I'm a big fan of having the launcher background being the desktop background (I find it misleading, and it gives me a feeling of "brokennes" when I see it sliding in and out, or being placed on top of a maximized app).
