Bug Description

EDIT: Updated bug description because bug is present also in Oneiric.

The indicator-appmenu in Nautilus is slow to open and to switch from a menu to another.
Everytime I switch to another menu (File -> Edit -> ...) the content of the main nautilus windows is redrawn, "wasting" a lot of time.
You can see infact the file selection in file panel changes color (from orange to grey using ambiance theme)

Only seems to happen in Unity-2d so I'm invalidating the appmenu task and leaving the unity-2d one.

I believe this bug to have the same cause as bug #717682 which was just fixed in Oneiric. Unfortunately the fix is not backportable to Natty I am afraid.

Infact with today's update from daily ppa in Oneiric the issue is no more present. No problem if still present in Natty :)
