Steps to reproduce using Natty.
1. Select an email in Thunderbird containing a linked URL
2. Click the link
3. A browser opens (Chromium in my case) with the Window at the top/front of my screen
What I'd expect to happen: Window title and application menus would be for my browser (Chromium)
What actually happens: Window title and application menus are still for Thunderbird
Since Thunderbird still has focus, my usual keyboard shortcuts and arrow keys that I use for my browser don't work ... unless there's a corresponding function in Thunderbird.
