unetbootin-linux-356 on Mandriva 2008.0: bus error

Bug Description

When executing unetbootin-linux-356 on Mandriva 2008.0 unetbootin complains:

May not be an issue, try running su -c 'unetbootin command goes here' *

Better yet, avoid the su or sudo by starting a gui desktop as root. Then see if it brings up the proper window. Proceed from there. This is Mandriva which has a true root as a profile, and not lobotomized like ubuntu.

Incidentally, if unetbootin were available as either pure command line or curses it would reach a wider audience. The broadest audience would be attained if the p7zip were packaged with it; i don't know if you are restricted from shrinkwrapping them all-in-one.

But thank you for unetbootin, I believe I am one of the few that neither uses USB or CD. :-)
