The splashes are now in dev channel and working.
plymouth-theme-ugr-logo is just a simple background - not even a loading indicator
plymouth-theme-ugr-super is a really cool theme

Note that plymouth-theme-ugr-super will be the default if both are installed. These themes will automatically override any other themes on the system.

Now we just need to test a bit more and get these in ugr-meta as dependencies.
