libnotify4 branches require repair:
Upstream version 0.7.1 was imported erroneously specifying 1.7.1 as the version. Therefore, please:

bzr tag -d lp:ubuntu/natty/libnotify4 -r tag:upstream-1.7.1 upstream-0.7.1
bzr tag -d lp:ubuntu/oneiric/libnotify4 -r tag:upstream-1.7.1 upstream-0.7.1
bzr tag -d lp:ubuntu/natty/libnotify4 --delete upstream-1.7.1
bzr tag -d lp:ubuntu/oneiric/libnotify4 --delete upstream-1.7.1

and requeue the package.
